Vancouver Engagement Session - Ella & John 25.05.2009 | uncategorized

Ella and John chose Queen Elizabeth Park and Iona beach for their engagement session. The cherry blossom tree in the first few shots was the only cherry tree in bloom and it was a major tourist attraction. Shooting on the Vegas strip was less busy than this darn tree. As this was our first shot of the day I can only imagine how tough it must have been for Ella and John to wait out the many other people with me going "just a sec". But we got some great romantic shots there and it was worth the wait. I must say that Iona beach was a great but very windy location. I thought Steph might sail away holding the light disc. Here are some of my favs from the day.

Love the set of three black and white images as well as the ones with the white blown out backgrounds, can't pick me absolute favourite shot.
